New Customer Loyalty Class leads new series

Customer loyalty is crucial to any business or organization’s success.  Sign up now for DEVELOPING CUSTOMER LOYALTY, the first of many future courses from the Business Skills Development (BSD) series. This series is developed and co-sponsored by the Emporia Area Chamber of Commerce and the FHTC Business & Industry Center. 

The Customer Loyalty class will be held on Monday nights starting October 2, and ending November 13.  Class is from 6 pm – 9 pm. 

Here’s the course description:  “This class is a no nonsense apporach packed iwth insights to improve all aspects of customer service and customer retention by focusing on the development of customer loyalty.  Satisfied customers will shop anywhwere but loyal cusotmers will refer others to buy form you, and fight before they switch!  Develop your own hands on game plan that any customer serving employee, salesperson, manager, excutive, entrepreneur or frontline worker can implement to ensure loyal customers.
